Install Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2)
This problem was caused by Microsoft Windows XP. Microsoft Windows XP was created by Microsoft Corporation.
There is no solution for this problem at this time.
However, your computer is missing updates that can help improve its stability and security.

There are two options for you to upgrade your computer to Windows XP SP2:
Option 1: Upgrade online (free of charge)
This option is recommended for customers with an Internet broadband connection, such as Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) or Cable.
1. Upgrade to Windows XP SP2
Install SP2 on a single computer
Deploy SP2 on networked computers (for for IT Professionals and Developers ).
If you are experiencing problems while trying to install SP2, please read Get Your PC Ready for Windows XP SP2.
2. Install the latest security updates for your computer
After installing SP2 and restarting your computer, go to the Microsoft Update website by clicking Start, clicking All Programs, and then clicking Microsoft Update.
On the Microsoft Update website, click Express, and then install all high-priority updates that are found for your computer.
Option 2: Order a Windows XP SP2 installation disc (A shipping and handling charge will be assessed on your order.
To order a Windows XP SP2 installation disc, go to the CD order website.
After you receive your CD, install Windows XP SP2, and then restart your computer.
Install the latest security updates by going to the Microsoft Update website, clicking Start, clicking All Programs, and then clicking Microsoft Update.
On the Microsoft Update website, click Express, and then install all high-priority updates that are found for your computer.

Vậy có bạn nào giải thích hộ minh với, vì vốn tiếng Anh của mình kém lắm, nên mình làm sợ sai! Theo mình hiểu thì có 2 cách để sửa lỗi, các bạn cho mình lời khuyên xem làm cách nào đơn giản và an toàn nhất, và cả huớng dẫn cách làm nữa nhé!!! (máy mình nối mạng qua ADSL USB)
